How do I know if the antenatal & postnatal classes will be suitable for me?

Postnatal classes are suitable for anyone following the all clear from their GP to exercise at their postnatal check up. Usually between 6 - 12 weeks depending on type of delivery. We offer free abdominal separation checks and are always at classes early for anyone who would like further information on anything from the pelvic floor to what exercises are and aren’t suitable. For Antenatal PT and classes please call or send an email and we will chat everything through.

How do I know if exercise is suitable for me?

Call or email us and we will chat everything through with you to ensure that the programme that you follow will be suitable for you. There are variations to all exercises and due to the small class size individual programmes can be created so classes can be tailored to your own unique needs. Before beginning a new exercise programme you will fill out a health screening form to ensure that the programme will be safe and effective. We are fully insured for all classes & PT.
